Processing Time
Each piece is thoughtfully prepared with care. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before being dispatched. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday and do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Please note that processing time may be longer during sales or promotional periods.
For preorders or made-to-order items, please refer to the specific product page for estimated production timelines.
Shipping Options
We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your jewellery seamlessly to your door. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
Enjoy free shipping on all Singapore orders with no minimum spend and on international orders over USD$300 (before tax).
Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link. For any changes to your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us at hello@daysofever.com as soon as possible with your order number. Address changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched. If you experience delays or issues with tracking your package, please contact the carrier directly. We are unable to provide additional information on packages once they are in transit.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Customs
For international orders, please note that your shipment may be subject to customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or import tariffs. These fees are determined by your local customs authorities and are not included in your order total at checkout. Any applicable charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
