At Days of Ever, we craft our jewellery with care and attention to detail, and we hope you love your purchase. We currently do not accept returns or provide refunds for any purchases unless the product meets one of the following conditions:

  • The item you received is defective
  • The item you received is not what you ordered (e.g., wrong product, size, or variant).
